The problem of falling continuously emitted wave beam on the layer of cold the inhomogeneous and transient plasma (the ionosphere). For a special choice of the parameters of high power radiation detected unusual effects of the guiding beam along almost stationary artificial plasma waveguide created by a powerful beam. Slow changes in time regular plasma properties in continuous wave beam of high-power is a tool of self-preservation of the original form of artificial waveguide formed at the maximum frequency of the critical layer (for daytime ionosphere layer F2). With the gradual reduction of the critical frequencies of the transfer of energy is at frequencies much higher than the maximum utilized frequencies in the ionosphere. The presented model task shows significant effects artificial disturbance on the propagation of the wave field. At radiation focused wave field close to a soliton beam, it is possible to achieve effective distribution at frequencies above the maximum utilized frequencies for radio paths of different slopes. Thus, you can create new (artificial) radio channels. The paper presents the numerically calculated new type wave guides and provides the numerical evaluation of the effectiveness of such waveguides in a pulsed mode of operation of a powerful transmitter.
