program of psychological maintenance
The author of the article considers components of the identity of self-control of educational activity of students of tuition by correspondence and describes work on their formation during training. Article is devoted to the description of the forming experiment taking into account personal qualities, received during empirical research. The purpose of the forming experiment is to create psychologycal-pedagogical conditions for development and improvement of personal components of self-control of educational activity of students of tuition by correspondence for this purpose. The program of psychological maintenance was developed.
The main directions of the program of psychological maintenance were: maintenance of process of adaptation of students of the first year of training to training process, development of unity of group; introduction in model of training of active forms, increase in independent work, development of their intellectual and communicative qualities of the personality; psychological monitoring and correction of development important for self-control of educational activity of qualities of the personality.
As a result of the carried-out experimental work certain changes in personal components of self-control of educational activity were recorded: at the students of the experimental group having for the beginning of experiment lowered level of self-control of educational activity, positive changes in a level of development of objective and psychological components of self-control of educational activity were observed.
