Characteristics of a computational resources load planning in 2nd generation cloud environment using model of delayed computations in time windows

This paper describes the methods of scheduling the delayed start of composite applications within time windows in 2nd generation cloud computing systems as part of AaaS model. Proposed reduction provides better performance for planning procedure through staged resources allocation and the use of controls, giving maximum efficiency for the current state.
