Threshold selection procedure in RF monitoring system

The threshold selection procedure in radio frequency (RF) monitoring system based on the amplitude probability distribution (APD) function is proposed. This algorithm allows to create a threshold for the required of the false alarm probability. The comparison results of the proposed algorithm and Max Hold algorithm were demonstrated by the personal computer radiation measurements.
