Physico-mechanical parameters identification for mathematical models of radio electronic means

The automated subsystem of physico-mechanical parameters identification for mathematical models of radio electronic means and methodology for identification are considered in the article. Today, the computer-aided engineering systems (CAE) are usually using for carrying out mechanical calculations of radio electronic means (REM) on different mechanical influences. CAE-systems are the control means part of the product life cycle. The mathematical models parameters identification process allows: – to carry out the design experimental research only once and then, after the process of the design physico-mechanical parameters identification, to work directly with the products electronic model; – as a consequence of the above: production time reduction, products reliability increasing, the human factor impact reducing during the production process of high-tech, knowledge-intensive and expensive products; – by carrying out research to gather products electronic models with calculation models parameters most similar to the parameters of the real constructions that is the most important under modern conditions of production; – significantly reduce the final products cost, using the construction computer modeling with identified parameters on early design stages, because the process of laboratory researches is very expensive and lasting in time.
