The article is devoted to improving the automated control system of personnel development.The Task of the assessment of the level of preparedness of personnel engineering enterprise of the implementation of the core business processes are proposed. The article is described in short the interaction of the three management systems: core activities, personnel management system and automated control system. It is spoken in detail the formation of staff evaluation criteria. The article proposes representation of the structure of criteria in the form of the indicator line. It is shown that the description of the criteria for personnel characteristic function is contrary to the actual practice. Much attention is given to aspects of the application of elements of fuzzy logic in under uncertainty. It is introduced three areas: guaranteed supplies, guaranteed exceptions and some area, characterized by fuzzy supplies. The article is given the variant representation of the supplies function. The article gives a detailed analysis of the formation of personnel data on the basis of expert assessment. It is analyzed approaches to the implementation of expert assessment in under uncertainty. It is investigated the method of the direct examination by experts. The article is described the method of the multicriterial examination by experts. It is dealt with the advantages of the multicriterial examination by experts. It is specially noted the possibility of reducing the uncertainty information in the process of applying the method of the multicriterial examination by experts. It is proposed the verbal description of level maturity with the multitude of partial quantitative criteria to reflect for this it propose the multicriterial examination by experts to take. An option of method permits allows formulating assessment methodology the level of preparedness of personnel. The generalized Methodics on Base of multicriterial Expert Estimate are proposed that make possible the level of preparedness of personnel engineering enterprise. In the article on the basis of the above analysis proposes the model of decision support.
