The estimation of measurement accuracy of information parameters of the signal along with the correlated additive noise under continuous processing

We considered the issues related to the estimation of measurement accuracy of the information parameters of the signal. These information parameters carry the information about the motion of extended objects, along with the correlated additive non-Gaussian noise that has non-Gaussian distribution under continuous processing of the signal. We obtained the expressions for estimating the accuracy of measurement of information parameters of the signal on correlated, in general, non-Gaussian additive noise under continuous processing. It is demonstrated that taking into account the correlation properties and non-Gaussian nature of the additive noise can significantly improve the measurement accuracy of the information parameters. It is shown that compared to discrete processing continuous processing, ceteris paribus, allows us to obtain a more accurate estimate of the measured parameters.
