Laws of the existence of complex systems

Complex systems are targeted and managed objects, they actively interact with the environment, receive, transmit and process in-formation. For the existence for a long time they have to be stable, invariant and persistence, and all the processes occurring in complex systems must obey the laws of Informatics. The basic laws of Informatics, ensuring the existence, management, development and integrity of complex systems. The existence of complex systems provides simplicity law, according to which version of the system is implemented with a lower complexity. We consider four ways to simplify a complex system. Handling of complex systems is provided by the laws of requisite variety (Ashby law) and the minimum uncertainty, according to which version of the system is implemented with a minimal entropy state. Three ways to reduce the uncertainty of the systems considered. The main condition for the development of systems is the law of conservation of the uncertainty of her condition. Contradictory laws of Informatics causes another fundamental property of complex systems - it multicriteriality. During the existence of the system it should be decided multicriteria optimization problem internal state so that a compromise between the management and development provides a degree of adaptation to the specific conditions of existence. Energy supply of natural complex systems by using a parametric resonance in which the internally generated undamped resonant os-cillations due to periodic changes in any internal parameter. This feature provides a natural complex systems their stability, minimizes costs for their existence and allows to accumulate more energy to perform other functions.
