The method of radiosignals delay measurement according to their Fourier spectrum have been developed on the base of correlation function performance in frequency domain. Weight processing application, spectrum entanglement by zeros, intetpolation for finding maximum, variants of evaluation bias degree and evaluation correction have been offered. Numerical differentiation by three and five correlation function values with subsequent uniting application are offered for interpolation.Aggregate error double-triple decrease are achieved by complexing. It has been established that weight processing is bypassed by delay estimation bias inversely proportional to the square of square-averaged spectrum band. It has been recommended to perform bias degree evaluation by additional measurement according to one from received signals control cyclic shift results. Nonlinear estimation dependence from true value occurs when delay is large. The variant of reevaluation is offered when uncertainty range is essentially less(the same order as sampling period) and consequently nonlinearity affectation is relatively small. The 10-4μs level of instrumental evaluation error at sampling period of 10 μs has been achieved by offered measures application. The frequency shift between the signals causes additional measurement error. Therefore, errors achieve ones and a half μs for frequency-modulated signals and 100 Hz shift. The formulas of instrumental and potential proximity, statistical simulation results have been adduced. It has been established, that the noise stability of the method is closed to potential limit.
