One of the main tasks of the radar monitoring of the underlying surface is to detect ground moving targets, determine their location and motion parameters. Ground moving targets are small-sized, often require for their detection and localization of sharing regime breeding ground moving targets and mode synthetic aperture antenna. For monitoring purposes in front of the field of view it is advisable to use synthetic aperture due to the rotation of the phase center of the real antenna mounted on the ending of the rotor blades of the aircraft type helicopter. Consideration of such a situation, the subject of this article. In the process of research analyzes the characteristics of the trajectory of the signal reflected from the ground moving target mode synthetic aperture by rotating the antenna phase center of the real, which is the presence of linear and tonal components of its frequency modulation. Then consider algorithms to identify the signals of ground moving targets on the background reflections from the underlying surface. The use of a single antenna can detect ground moving targets, determine their location and the radial component of the velocity vector. To isolate the sign of the tangential component of the velocity vector is proposed to use two phase center, rotating in opposite directions. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms the mathematical modeling, the results of which are shown below.
