The study of the influence of constant magnetic field on blood components by electrophoresis in gels

Influence of a constant magnetic field on plasma of blood of the person by an electrophoresis method in gels is investigated. Change of indexes of relative electrophoretic mobility of proteinaceous fractions and values of their relative concentration is result of impact of a constant magnetic field on plasma of blood of the person. By result of changes of electrophoretic mobility of fractions of plasma of blood under the influence of a magnetic field, it is possible to assume that the total charge of molecules and, as a result, native conformation of proteinaceous structure changes. Change of geometry for branched polypeptides can be one more factor, besides a total charge on a surface, influencing decrease or increases in electrophoretic mobility. The variation of relative concentration between proteinaceous fractions in samples before influence of a magnetic field is connected with change of values of absorption. Possibly, under the influence of a magnetic field there are changes in spatial structure of peptides, which is defined by character, and size of a charge on functional groups of macromolecules. Multidirectional tendencies in change of the studied parameters are revealed that allows to draw a conclusion on the difficult mechanism of action of a constant magnetic field to different groups of examinees. The found effects are probably connected with changes of sizes of a total charge on a surface of proteinaceous molecules and their conformations.
