Software implementation of the boundary conditions for the simulation of non-stationary thermal processes in the printed circuit boards of electronic means

The article deals with the automation of the boundary conditions for the simulation of non-stationary thermal processes of printed circuit boards of radio electronic means in the automated analysis subsystem printed circuit boards designs of radio electronic means on the thermal and mechanical effects ASONIKA-TM. Currently in the design of radio-electronic means mandatory requirements of technical specifications for the development are requirements to ensure stringent thermal modes. Modern electronic warfare characterized not only by sophisticated algorithms work, but also a complex of physical implementation. From the viewpoint of the thermal analysis of the next picture appears: on the one hand the installation and power density rising, and on the other - increased sensitivity to temperature of the element base. In this situation it becomes harder and harder to ensure that the specified thermal modes of radio-electronic means. Therefore, a necessary means of computer simulation of thermal processes radio-electronic means. Mathematical models of thermal processes of printed circuit assemblies, and mathematical models of thermal processes of thermal boundary conditions were studied; Algorithms have been developed for calculating the thermal modes of printed circuit assemblies with the boundary conditions; developed and implemented software; developed methods of modeling of thermal processes of radio electronic means with regard to the boundary conditions.
