The problem of ECG compression and storage is actual while coming to personal medicine. The utility model proposed by authors is devoted to store and analyse ECG and has shown effectiveness while processing healthy patients records. The evidence of effectiveness is big compression coefficient and quite small (not more than 1%) relative error of ECG presentation. The device proposed is based on cardioeigenoscope utility model using eigenvectors of ECG covariance matrix to present the signal. The proposed device have been discussed and an issue emerged on compression effectiveness for the records of patients with disrythmia which have quite nonstable RR intervals. The article is devoted to the issue. The compression scheme proposed by authors is modified so that four synchronous ensembles are formed depending from short and long RR intervals position. As in the previous article the authors use bra-cket formalism in order to write down the main operations. Optional ensemble usage allows to discover variations of ensemble elements in case of disrythmia which give two components with a similar power. The compression and decompression of ECG is shown. The compression coefficient loss is shown to be not more than 4 times.
