Features of application of probing signals with linear frequency modulation in a non-linear radiolocation

The main indicators of the quality of functioning of the technical means of non-linear sensing area is largely dependent on the choice of the probing signal. Thus, the use of radar signals with linear frequency modulation, taking into account the specificity of the non-linear transformation of the spectrum will significantly enhance the ability of these funds. However, the observation of objects in a non-linear radiolocation very diverse. Many of them are structurally contain nonlinear elements, the reactivity of which are functions of the amplitude of the input action. This fact demanded a statement of the problem the study of the frequency dependence of the phase parameters taken at the harmonics of the radar signals. The paper products with rigorous theory describes that, in general, the probe signal spectrum after conversion object with nonlinear electrical properties is no longer linearly frequency modulated. Due to the amplitude-phase conversion it is characterized by a complex nonlinear law intra-phase modulation. However, reducing the efficiency of the use of probing signals from the inevitable losses during coordinated treatment is compensated by the ability to recognize types of non-linearity of sensed objects. This requires to provide a number of conditions, which include the release of the full phase of the received signal, taking into account the number of multiple harmonics of spreading and compensation of the quadratic phase change.
