Method of background compensation of the underlying ground surface

In article present a method of cross-periodical background compensation created the underlying private land surface radiation, in the interest of finding the point of thermal infrared heat-DF objects with wide field of view. The proposed method is based on a spatial difference of the emission spectra of a point object and the thermal background of the underlying surface. Based on this method, an algorithm which can be implemented in software in the video heat-DF. The algorithm can detect point heat objects placed on different types of underlying surface of the earth.
