Subject of the research includes 4 unit filter of 2 ceramic resonator mono-blocks. The main purpose of this work was a study of influence of quantitative correlation solid and liquid phases of slurry in the manufacture of ceramic case of resonator on electric characteristics of the band-pass filter, and improvement of one of key parameters - coefficient of rectangularness. Before the slurry contained the certain percent of liquid components. In subsequent compositions of slurry mass maintenance of plasticizer was decreased approximately in 1.2 times. The comparative analysis of the electrical characteristics filters (BPFs) of ALTC executed on the basis of high temperature ceramics has been presented. One of key parameters at development of BPF is the ratio of rectangularness has been improved. This effect is related to reduction of sizes of pores and general porosity of ceramic case.
