Strategy of technological management in conditions of pulsed production

The article highlights the issues of increasing the efficiency of organisations focused on creation of new types of weapons, military and special equipment. The aspects of modern progressive approaches to the production management are analyzed (lean manufacturing and quick response manufacturing). It is demonstrated that the contradiction between the market nature of modern management and the directive nature of management within an integrated structure can be overcome. Specialized corporate production centers able to cope with the flow of orders in a focus target market segment can be created on the basis of the most technologically advanced organisations. The order flow for this center is formed by redistributing orders within the integrated structure, as well as through additional flow of third-party commercial orders. It is shown that the efforts of the developers of engineering documentation to improve the technological effectiveness of products are the most significant factor in increasing production efficiency by means of lower costs and losses when the product is put into production. We highlight the role and main tasks of technological management in increasing the efficiency of production implemented on the principles of QRM in the development of progressive electronic microwave modules. We give an example of the organisation of technological management in the structure of PJSC «Radiofizika».
