Algorithm for optimal placement of base stations in the special mobile radio networks, operating in hard physiographical conditions

As part of a promising method for increasing the efficiency of the mobile radio communication network special on the basis of the formation of dynamically controllable topology supporting-transport network proposed method and algorithm to optimize the placement of base stations (BS). Grounded basic optimization criteria, including minimizing the number of base stations, number of frequency channels at each station, and the frequency dimension of the cluster set when the communication quality requirements. On the basis of methods of optimization are four possible variants of the algorithm to optimize the choice of placements BS, different ratios of different volumes accounted complement-enforcement source data redundancy and the resulting estimates the minimum necessary amount of resources, namely: BS algorithm is a regular arrangement of frequencies and with cell sizes corresponding to the size of the minimum guaranteed service area; BS algorithm is a regular arrangement with an irregular distribution of the frequency channels, taking into account differences in load cells size corresponding to the size of the minimum area of energy cover; BS algorithm consistent placement and frequency with dense stacking load; BS algorithm consistent placement and frequency with dense laying load and coverage. The need to use one or another variant of the algorithm optimization BS placement is determined heuristically, taking into account the tactical and technical requirements, completeness of the available raw data and the specific characteristics of the operational en-vironment.
