# Comparison structures of business process models in terms of their effectiveness

The article is the next part of the evaluation of the impact of the business process length on its efficiency. Previously, four business process models differentiated in structure were investigated: linear, parallel, sequential with processing of the minimal input and se-quential with processing of the weighted average sum of inputs. It is proved that with the increase in the number of blocks, the efficiency of the process as a whole will fall.

2. Conclusion on the most optimal organization of business processes.
In general, the model of the mathematical expectation function (M) of the business process is an exponential function M = bax with base 0 < a < 1 and the coefficient b, which is responsible for the motion of the graph along the x axis. The smaller a, the faster the graph tends to zero, that is, the faster the efficiency decreases with increasing chain length of the business process.
Below are the findings:
In all cases, there is an exponential decrease in the efficiency of business processes with an increase in the number of blocks, the models differ in the basis of the exponential function.
Based on a comparison of the bases a of the functions of the graphs of the investigated business process models, conclusions were drawn about the different rates of decrease in their efficiency. The lowest speed of performance reduction is seen in the parallel model, and the highest in the serial model with the processing of the minimum input.
A parallel process on n blocks is approximately equivalent in efficiency to a linear process on n / 2 blocks.
The efficiency of the sequential process with the processing of the minimum input is less than the efficiency of the process with the same structure, but with the weight average processing.
