Complex methodology evaluate the effectiveness of radar systems with active response

Ensuring noise immunity of the process of information exchange is one of the objectives aimed at ensuring safe and efficient air traffic control and identification of the objects when solving the key tasks of air space control with the use of radar systems with active response (RSAR). In this paper we developed a methodological apparatus to study the effectiveness of RSAR in terms of natural and intentional interference with the use of a measure for operational effectiveness and capabilities of the jammers on the information technology level. Sensitivity to parameters depending on the given electromagnetic and tactical situations, subject to mutual arrangement and technical characteristics of the RSAR involved in a conflict interaction, and also includes models of the space-time interference and an algorithm for detecting interrogation signals of radar systems with active response. The modeling unit includes the authors developed the algorithm of detection of inquiry signals, RSAR, models of interference with spatial and temporal conditions of the jamming means, RSAR. When calculating the efficiency of RSAR we take into account several directors deliberate jamming.
