Organization and methodology for assessing the formation of competence for the academic discipline

Proper conduct and organization of the training course is an important tool for improving the quality of training and staffing in a particular field of activity. The article discusses the methodology and questions of the organization of the learning process with the ability to assess competences for the academic discipline. To achieve this goal, the following issues are disclosed in the paper:
1) Algorithm for the formation of competency assessment for academic disciplines, where the main stages of training and materials used to form competence are discussed; 2) Description of the main elements of the course: lecture, laboratory work, independent work of the student; some information is presented in a graphic form for better mastering of the material; 3) Forming a methodology for conducting a practical lesson and obtaining an assessment based on the «dynamic method» of communicative communication; 4) The presentation of a template for the formation of competence and the determination of the degree of possession, skill, knowledge of the subject from the point of view of each specific competence; 5) Implementation of the database for various issues or tasks used to form the competence of the academic discipline; 6) The methodology for reporting on all indicators and the definition of competence in the subject of training.
