Features of the management system organization in miniature specialized technological complexes (M STC) are considered. The func-tional purpose of M STC is the organization and implementation of various technological processes characterized by the rendering of various kinds of impacts (thermal, mechanical and other) on the initial material objects and the resulting new set of objects (usually distinguished by a set of properties): bio-cultivation, synthesis of chemicals, reception of bio-composite materials, etc. Internal structure and specificity of SITC application areas are considered. Advantages and disadvantages of M STC as a separate class of technical systems for special purposes estimated. The modern trends used in the development of new SITC types, including the direction of the technological industry 4.0.
The organization of management in M STC based on the application of a number of management methods. Currently, M STC uses autonomous management methods, which, due to the increasing complexity of the technological processes that implemented, do not allow the full implementation of current trends and solve emerging difficulties in the development of new types of devices. An important condition in the development and preparation for the work of M STC is the ability to adapt an autonomous control method in real time while working with dynamically changing technological processes. The basis for a new autonomous management method can be the appropriate management model. The requirements to the management model listed, reflecting current trends in the design of new M STC types.
In accordance with the requirements considered, the following model is proposed, the key components of which are the following components: aggregator, container, object, session, function and conditions for its implementation. New terms and definitions been introduced.
The session model based on the description of the organization of the technological process, as result of which various types of impacts carried out on the object located in the reservoir of the technical unit. By analyzing the current state of technical nodes and objects placed in them, the conditions for the transformation or movement of each object can formulated. The proposed model allows describe the technological process through a sequence of sessions – stages of transformation or moving objects between technical nodes in M STC. The rules of application of the model are considered.
The development of the described research is the creation of the method of autonomous management of M STC, based on the proposed sessional model. Based on the new autonomous management method, it planned to develop a set of specialized ways of organizing and implementing processes in SITC.
