The paper considers the organization of communication in the myriameter waves with an underwater object under the annual ice and a layer of snow. Sea ice is a complex structure, the electrical characteristics of which vary with depth. A quadratic model of salinity distribution in sea ice is considered. The losses are estimated when a signal passes through a multilayered medium consisting of snow, sea ice and sea water. The propagation loss in the layered medium is taken into account as a correction to the effective height of the receiving antenna. The maximum submersion depth of the underwater facility is estimated, at which it is possible to communicate with an airplane equipped with an exhaust cable antenna.
