The questions of distribution of tasks between staff design bureau. Using a systematic approach is composed of a hie-rarchical circuit design bureau. For rational organization of the process of drafting schedule proposed to use the automated system, based on the work which laid the genetic algorithm, based on identified characteristics of the design bureau.
Challenge of competitiveness of production forces decide to conserve resources and improve quality. For this purpose, according to the concept of CALS, is necessary to use an integrated information environment, covering the entire life cycle of the product.
At the stage of technical preparation of production may be occupied by a large number of employees, among which is distributed a large amount of work. The allocation of tasks among staff members should take into account factors such as dif-ferences in the complexity and difficulty, differences in staff, the priority of works, etc.
To reduce the project time frame must be parallel work on it, optimize the workload of employees and minimize the risk of failure of the overall timing of the failure of individual stages of work by a staff member. This requires effective planning, constant monitoring and efficiency in decision-making.
