We discuss the concept and technology of prediction and prevention of vehicle collision using DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Commu-nications). The forecast mathematical model is described in details. We provide experimental modeling results obtained with SUMO (Simulation of Urban Mobility) program and a part of real city road network.
