Methodology to fulfill a taget-oriented specialist training order

Specialist training is implemented today within the framework of existing Federal state educational standards. Alternatively, some schools stick to their proprietary educational standards.
Along with that industrial enterprises and organizations develop a need to train specialists in more narrow and specialized fields of knowledge. We propose to solve this task by means of organizing an add-on training for specialists who has already got a complete higher education from the certain school. A methodology is proposed to select this kind of specialists in order to organize an efficient process of their additional education. While solving this task it makes sense to rely on the baseline competence-based specialist model that takes into account customer's requirements.
