Designing of ultra-small research module within the framework of the educational project

Problem statement: Issues of training of engineering specialists with skills in the field of microelectronics, alternative energy sources, nanotechnology, aircraft, space exploration are priorities on a global scale. Increasing the interest of young people in obtaining knowledge in engineering and turning education into a high-tech sphere involves a wide range of approaches. Motivation to independent creative activity contributes to the involvement in educational research projects practice-oriented orientation, which is the basis for the development of technical thinking.
Goal: To present the development of a training project for the manufacture and application of a small research module for monitoring the parameters of the near-earth atmosphere.
Results: The tasks of software development, methods of manufacturing module elements using 3D modeling and testing of electronic components are defined. The process of monitoring atmospheric parameters on the descent trajectory after the research module leaves the launch vehicle is shown. The results are presented in the form of graphical dependencies.
Practical significance: Participation in the implementation of the training project, which takes into account both scientific, technical and engineering components, provides ample opportunities to activate analytical thinking, work as part of a team and acquire skills of independent creativity.
