The expediency of application of artificial neural networks with radially-basic functions neytrone for optimization of structure of a vector of measurements Is shown to inercial-satellite navigating control system of mobile object depending on sold and demanded accuracy of the decision of each target problem.
For a complex navigating control system of mobile objects (МОb) the generalised characteristic of accuracy of navigating definitions in a normal mode of functioning of equipment of satellite navigation (АSN) not less, than on 20 %, and for navigating system with variable structure of a used vector of measurements - on 35 % is better than at use for navigation МОb only АSN.
Application of methods of optimum joint processing of the navigating information leads to reduction of errors of navigation МОb. Increase of accuracy of management by vehicles in the conditions of abnormal modes of functioning of satellite radio navigating system allows to raise efficiency and to lower cost of transport works.
