Recently the most effective technologies for audio- and video data analysis are digital but almost all software and hardware are oriented to analog methods. Transition to programmed technology supposes to supply the format standardization for transmitting are signals by increase of receiver modules computational power which is possible due to modern technology development.
Programmed technology allows transmitting of universal format which can be executed by receiver as a program forming audiovisual content. Also this technology allows increasing noise stability of transmissions compared to analog methods of coding.
The conception of programmed technology can be applied to semantical image and video processing in dynamic segmentation problem, selection of semantic fragments in images and one-dimensional signals, automatic selection of optimal compression coefficients. The methods of one- and two-dimensional data analysis by use of the pyramidal representation and adaptive-dynamic segmentation as a part of programmed technology are experimentally approved the base for complex solving of audiovisual data analysis problem.
