Preliminary medical examination was shown to be important because only 265 of 320 volunteers were admitted to the work. 20% of the volunteers had diseases of gastrointestinal tract, 15% – otorhinolaryngological diseases, 13%, 10%, 9% had cardiovascular, ophthalmologic diseases and endocrinopathy respectively. 8% had metabolic syndrome, 1.5% had non-toxic nodular goiter and 0.5% had toxic nodular goiter. 6% of diseases were of allergic genesis, 7% - stomatological diseases, 10% – skin diseases. It is obvious that introducing evaluation of comorbidity indexes into ex-amination plan is necessary for predictive estimation of volunteers’ health.
