The process and result of pregnancy are the main wellness factors not only internal, but also the whole hu-man’s life. Such pregnant complicates as gestosies, placental disorders, fetal’s internal hypoxia are accom-panied row of metabolically and hemodynamic changes, having common non-specific character.
One of the wide-using methods able to estimate the character of such changes is the extended repro-duction variation cardio rhythm method. Last 10-15 years this method was used for the vegetative nerve sys-tem analysis, humoral metabolic and hormone regularity at pregnancy.
With the help of main and additional components spectral dynamical cardio-intervals row was studied cardio-rhythm variations at women on the 1st and 3d pregnant terms. Using the additional components in the whole spectral capacity (patent R. Ph. N 2315557 at 07.11.2006) have made it possible to establish the account of different levels vegetative nerve system regulation and endocrine system in women’s different pregnant dates, to compare and find peculiarities.
Our results demonstrated that the spectral-power means of pregnant women with the 14 weeks period are the same with the healthy non-pregnant women. The cardio-rhythm autonomic-level regulation is mainly lowed at women in the 3d term. The VLF part component predominates in the common spectral power structure at 3d term pregnant women; this demonstrates the humoral-metabolic and central cardio rhythm prevail process, where oversigmental vegetative nerve system and hypothalamus levels dominate.
Variation of cardio rhythm means give the early diagnostic and well-end pregnancy prognosis possibili-ty.
