Modelled influence of weightlessness has stressful character for the persons who are being condi-tions ″dry″ immersion and is accompanied by decrease immune reactance of an organism; easing of a barrier of the colonization generated not pathogenic commensally microflora, practically in all biotopes; distribution of pathogenic microflora, including for limits of traditional sites of dwelling.
The purpose of the present research is studying change of a microbic landscape of mucous membranes of cavities of a nose and drinks surveyed in conditions «dry» immersion.
Are carried out researches of a condition microbiocenosis mucous membranes of cavities of a nose and drinks at 16 person, was in conditions 7-daily «dry» immersion. The fence of tests was made on 1 е day and for 7 day immersion by means of standard sterile tampons. Were considered the general microbic microbial capacity, quantity gram-positive cocci, gram-negative cocci, gram-negative sticks, gram-positive sticks and yeats. The specific structure in each group was defined by means of sets the test-systems.
Practically at all surveyed changes of a microbic landscape investigated biotopes a various sort have been fixed: increase of quantity gram-positive cocci, gram-negative cocci, gram-negative sticks, yeats, – that testifies to presence of a risk factor of inflammatory diseases. The basic share in the general microbic microbial capacity bring gram-positive cocci.
Obtained data correlate with earlier received in conditions 7-daily «dry» immersion and confirm necessity of correction disbiotic changes of a microbic landscape of covering tissues.
