The analysis of the existing rules shows that they do not take into account the value of the carrier, as arguments that makes it difficult for researcher to make a choice, if there are no additional restrictions on the decision-making (like the degree of risks).
In this regard, we propose an approach to the development and use of inference rules of fuzzy sets, the idea of which is that during the synthesis of getting specific rules all the elements of fuzzy sets (arguments, synthesis methods of inference rules, response), are taken into account that improves the adequacy of decision rules constructed on the basis of models.
The methods and algorithms proposed in the article are used to obtain the values of membership functions for solving problems of classification, interpolation and extrapolation of the synthesis and analysis of mathematical models based on fuzzy sets, typical for decision-making systems of socio-economic orientation, or other tasks under conditions of uncertainty or lack of organization on heterogeneous set of characteristics.
In the article the formulas for the implementation of the relevant calculations and the practical examples are given.
