Influence supramolecular structure of water on kinetic isothermal evaporization surface layers. P.1. Gravimetric investigation kinetic isothermal evaporation of water

Determined that kinetics of water vaporization surface layer is not linear and depended from supramolecular structure water or water solutions. Velocity vaporization water of different origins (distilled, malt water and water christening) is different. The kinetics of water vaporization was studied using a Q-1500D derivatograph with an accuracy of ±5x10-5g under atmospheric conditions. It is found that kinetic dependences weight P loss P=f(τ) caused by vaporization distilled water has three linear sectors.
